tempat kerja aku..

hai !! hari ni aku balik keje kul 6 samapai umah lam dekat kul 7 dah...
balik tadi terus mandi n solat..waktu solat skang dah awal...terpakse bekejar skit..
ermm hari ni keje ok..rileks tak la banyak patient sangat..
dalam 25 org je kot.

 aku nyampah ngan budak kat tempat keje aku sorang ni
aku bukan la budak bodoh yang tak tau nak wat keje sendiri nak kene tggu arahan dulu baru aku nak bergerak
jenis keje kelam kabut n keje tak nyempat2 ni mmg bukan jenis aku
sebab kalo dah wat keje kelam sangat mesti ade je yg slah nnti
pastu nnti mule la kene marah ngan dokter

dokter bukan peduli pe masalah kite .yang die tau keje complete...n tak mendatang kan masalah pade die
 nak dijadikan cerite hari ni

setiap kali patient masuk ward dorg akan gunekan insurans..so sebelom patient masuk ward..dokter akan isi form PRE-ADMISSION untuk pastikan insurans cover tak untuk patient tu... n then before patient discharge  also doctor have to fill the another form ... from that insurance know what treatment the  doctor give to patient n berbaloi tak ngan ape yg dorg kene bayar untuk patient tu...

then after the bill settled i have to photostat the insurance form for doctor keep 1 copy for next review...
 if let say patient want to claim to another insurance... so doc can refer from the first insurance form..but there was a problem for me to find the bill cause the patient still have an outstanding bill that they won't pay the amount..so the bill was still at somewhere whether in billing or cashier or MCO..i don't know which one..
i can't find that bill...

ok ..from that budak yg aku tak suke ni...asik pakse2 aku untuk find the bill..!! almost everyday she ask me to find it...the problem is.....WHERE SHOULD I FIND IT???.........i can't find the bill untill the patient settled  the payment.....

aku tak tau nak ckp cane ngan die.....................hurmmm
