i wanna share with u all about allergy ... i know all of u must have an allergy .. the different is ..some people not in critical position...
now i started with
''WHAT ARE ALLERGIES ANYWAY?''
an allergic reaction takes place when there is an-over reaction of our body's natural immne system to substances (allergens) that ate usually not harmful to our bodies.
allergic reaction can be triggered by a host of substances ranging from dust,mites,pet dander,food (like peanuts and shellfish) and chemical etc; regular stuff that are normally not harmful to us. symptoms of allergies include runny nose ,itchy nose and eyes , sneezing ,watery eyes , asthma , skin rashes and skin itching. A small group of people that are severely allergic to certain types of food and insect bites or sting can experience shortness of breath and dangerous falls in blood pressures if exposed to these allergens .
whether we experience mild,moderate or severe allergic reaction , it is important to know that allergic symptoms can significantly interfere with our daily lives and can very unpleasant for us.
WHAT TYPES OF ALLERGIC RHINITIS ARE THERE?
upper respiratory allergies are characterized by runny nose,itching of the nose or throat , sneezing and itchy ,watery eyes.
allergic rhinitis is classified as
* SEASONAL ALLERGIC RHINITIS
* PERENNIAL ALLERGIC RHINITIS
if your symptoms occur only at certain times of the year, chance are it's seasonal allergic rhinitis, or outdoor allergies. common triggers ( substances that cause an allergic response) include tree,grass,and weed pollens mold. if your symptoms occur year-round ,it's probably perennial allergic rhinitis, or indoor allergies. common triggers include animal dander , indoor mold , and dust mites. whatever the case ,allergies can keep you from the things you enjoy.

- microscopic creatures found in house dust -dead dust mites and their waste can exist unseen in bedding,upholstered furniture , and carpets and can become airborne
PET DANDER
-may contain scales of dried skin & hair or feathers
MOLD SPORES
-so small that you may not even know they're there and easily inhale them
-found throughout the home ,especially in damp places such as shower stalls,basements and air conditioner filters

outdoor allergy symptoms are triggered by inhaling allergens that are commonly found outdoors.they are small and can be carried by the wind ,and even blown indoors,making them hard to avoid .common outdoor allergens include;
POLLENS
-tiny perticles carried by the wind to pollinate plants
-the most troublesome are tree,grass ,and weed pollen
MOLD SPORES
-tiny perticles found in heavy vegetation , hay and straw,and leaves
